Tuesday: 9.30 am - 12.00 pm
Wednesday: 9.30 am - 12.00 pm
Thursday: 9.30 am - 3.00 pm

Gateway Assessments are brief interviews with trained advisers who will assess your situation and will either offer you a full appointment at the bureau on another day (in very urgent cases you may be seen immediately) or direct you on a more appropriate route to help resolve your problem. This is a drop-in session - you don't need to book an appointment.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please phone 01264 363545. There is no penalty for cancelling an appointment and, even if we have only a little notice, we can offer the appointment to someone else. Thank you.
