Outreach

Designed for those clients who cannot reach our main bureau in South Street, our Outreach surgeries provide the same quality of free, confidential advice in various venues in the surrounding area.

Each venue has a 'drop-in' service, so no appointment is necessary, you sit and wait to be seen. We use laptop computers to search our extensive Information Service, and carry a range of the most required leaflets, and information.

We also offer home visits to those who have difficulty getting out of the home, either due to disabilities, or care responsibilities. These can be arranged by telephoning us and asking for a Home Visit Appointment .

We have access to the same specialists as our Main Bureau, covering Employment, Debt Management, Benefits, Housing and Consumer issues.
